Return & Refund Policy
At Sughra Ghulam Services, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and service cancellations.
1. Digital Services
As we primarily provide digital and professional services (SEO, development, security, etc.), traditional "returns" do not apply. Instead, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if: (a) we fail to deliver the agreed scope within the specified timeline without valid reason; (b) the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed specifications; or (c) you cancel before work has commenced and no resources have been allocated.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: completed work that meets agreed specifications, third-party license or hosting fees already incurred, rush order premiums, and consultation fees for sessions already conducted.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an ongoing project with 7 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amount exceeding completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions or partial refunds as appropriate.
