Welcome to Sughra Ghulam Services ("SG Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide digital services including but not limited to SEO optimization, security services, data recovery, custom development, web design, digital marketing, and IT support. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required resources, and payment as agreed. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in Pakistan or your jurisdiction.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
